Premium Kiln Dried Oak Logs (Standard Crate) Including Kindling

Just received our 2nd delivery of Standard Osk Logs; and again vey pleased with the quality and service. The crate was also shrink wrapped.

As previously mentioned. The kindling bags were placed within the crate

I really can’t praise ‘candowe’ enough, This is our third standard crate since last winter & the service & communication is excellent. We went for the oak logs standard crate this time.
It was a deal too good to miss including the four bags of free kindling.
I take the time & trouble researching the prices of online crated logs for delivery as some prices are frightening.
As far as I am concerned, as a buyer of kiln dried wood for over 15 years, ‘candowe’ can’t be beaten.

The crate was well stacked and packaged. The delivery could have had better communication since you only find out on the day that it’s being delivered which for me was a morning delivery and short notice. The quality of the logs are high and cut to a good size for burning. We will likely buy them again.

Although the delivery was fine I found that there was quite a lot of soft wood amongst the oak and some very large logs too big to use on my log burner,

Good morning your crate of kiln dried oak arrived within the days you said and was wrapped in plastic which was great as it was raining when delivered I opened up next day and checked moisture level which was good but as I was unloading I noticed a lot of small pieces which seemed like they were put in middle as not to be noticed I'm sure the kiln dried oak will burn well but not had this before.

Cannot fault Candowe in any quarter, from placing order thru to delivery. I was fully updated every step of the way, and oh yes, the logs were just right as well!!!

Picture in the advert looked like a pallet and a half… the bottom pallet is as high but the base is a lot smaller. Even the driver commented as he placed them next to each other.

A rapid delivery by a helpful team who placed the crate precisely where requested. Logs and kindling neatly packed ready for use later this year.

A highly organised business with an easy to navigate website and a large choice of high quality burning timber products to choose from - we have tried the birch, hornbeam and oak. Pallets are neatly packed, appropriately secure and are well presented and delivered in good time without fuss. Without question very highly recommended.

I tested the wood for moisture and got no reading at all so it must be well below 10%. Some of the wood was a bit smaller than I've had from other suppliers which for me is good as I've only got a small stove and won't need to split any. It also means the pallet was very tightly packed. Would certainly recommend.
