Excellent quality oak logs. I’m very pleased with my purchase. The logs arrived securely stacked on a pallet well wrapped, the quality looks excellent. The bags are a good size and the oak logs are a good mix of sizes, ideal for my wood burner. Considering the quantity and the price I paid, I think this was a fantastic value-for-money purchase. I’m looking forward to getting them burning this winter would definitely recommend Candowe. 🪵🔥
I placed an order five days ago. I received a confirmation email and a dispatch confirmation to say that it would arrive on a particular day earlier this week. I have waited in to receive the order, however it has not yet arrived.
I have sent three WhatsApp messages but have not received a response. The order is valued at £580 and I am concerned and extremely disappointed! I have used Candowe before and had no previous issues.
