*The loose volume of firewood is what we are required by the legislation to quote. It refers to the volume of logs if those logs were supplied all jumbled up, or poured ‘loose’ into a container.
This is how bulk firewood has traditionally been sold in the United Kingdom. Supplying firewood in a stacked format is a far more efficient method and allows us to make savings in both the carbon footprint and cost of transport of the product - savings we pass onto you.

Couldn't get the logs we wanted but thought we would give the hornbeam a go.
Burns really well throwing out plenty of heat.
Would definitely get it again.
Ordered Hornbeam as the Oak crates had sold out, as it turns out, it's a really good substitute for oak, it burns well, has a nice smell to it, and as per usual, it was delivered on time, the quality / quantity was excellent as per normal, and I can't recommend Candowe highly enough for their all round excellent service .
