Refund policy

How to Initiate a Return:

• Provide your order number and reason for the return (e.g., damaged in transit).
• Our customer support representative will guide you through the return process.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
• You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
• The item must be in the same condition as when received.
• The item must be in its original packaging.

Return Process:

• Schedule pickup at your doorstep: Our national delivery partners will collect the return item from your front door.
• Receive immediate updates: You will be notified once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refund processing: Upon approval, we will issue an immediate refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to process.

Return Shipping Costs:

• The original delivery costs paid during the initial order are non-refundable.
• The client is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Faulty or Misdescribed Products:

• If the product is faulty, misdescribed, or if we are at fault, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• We will refund the full price you paid for the product, including the original delivery costs.

Refunds and Timeframe:

• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed promptly, within 3 days of notification.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched.
• If the cancellation request is received after dispatch, it may not be possible to cancel the order, and standard return procedures will apply.
