Premium Oak Logs - 40L x 40 Net Bags
The delivery was quick, the logs are of a good size, just as described. I've not yet lit the stove, so I'll get back to you later this year to let you know how we got on.
All the very best,
Phil.
Hi Phil, thank you for your kind words! We're glad you're pleased with the logs and look forward to hearing how they perform when you light your stove. All the best!
I’ve used Candowe for sometime now and their service has always been succinct and efficient, which is exactly what you need. We’ve tried the birch and oak on our log burners and the latter is our preferred now by far
I am a new customer and I was impressed by the quality of the oak, low water content and the ease of delivery. Many thanks
Hi there! We're thrilled to hear you're happy with the quality of our oak logs and the delivery service. Thanks for choosing candowe.co.uk and for your kind words. Looking forward to serving you again!
Really pleased with my order of Premium Oak Logs from Candowe Firewood. The logs are great quality, and the ordering and delivery process was straightforward.
The delivery driver could only leave the logs at the roadside rather than further up the driveway, so I had to move them fairly quickly to avoid blocking access. However, this was only a minor inconvenience, and overall, I'm very happy with the service and quality of the logs.
I would happily recommend Candowe Firewood to anyone looking for good-quality firewood and would order from them again! 👍
Hi Michael, thank you for your kind words and detailed feedback! We're thrilled to hear you're happy with our oak logs and service. We appreciate your understanding regarding the delivery, and we're glad you're happy to recommend us. Looking forward to serving you again!
Oak logs were delivered on the day of choice for nominal, low charge. Oak was as described, kiln dried and all looks cut to a good size as described. If I'm nitpicking, there could have been better delivery updates on the day rather than wait in for the full day. Delivery driver was pleasant and helpful. Overall good service with product as described, will order again. Thank you.
Hi Mr. Clish, thank you for your kind words! We're glad you’re happy with the oak logs and our service. We’ll take your feedback on delivery updates on board. Looking forward to your next order! Thanks again!
Prefect for our multistorey to keep the house warm on those cold winter nights. More dense and heavy than the Birch so burns for longer. Excellent value.
Hi Neil, thank you for your wonderful review! We're glad the oak logs are keeping you warm and that you find them great value. Enjoy those cozy winter nights!
