Kiln Dried Birch Logs (Large Crate) Including Kindling

Delighted

Ordered the largest crate of Birch.
Cheaper than anyone else.
Delivered without any fuss (I've had many issues with other suppliers)
Very dry wood.
Mix of thicknesses (which I don't mind, as it means we are using more of the tree)

Will be using again!

I always buy from Candowe..quick delivery and great logs..thanks

Great service and always helpful as driver needs to move crate a good 100 yards to my door.

Well priced, thick and thin logs which suite our Swedish wood burner. Our last 3 m3 alder purchase burnt very well . We think this one will be as good.

First time I've used Candowe, will definitely use again. The logs were delivered by a helpful and friendly driver, I was impressed with the way the logs were loaded and crated. We have an open fireplace and was concerned the logs may have been to big but there is a good variation of sizes. I have not tried them yet but I am sure they will burn great. Thank you.

I’ve tried several wood supplies. My massive Larch crate has surprised me with superb quality logs, no dross or rubbish hidden in the middle like some suppliers. All delivered efficiently and at a price way below any other supplier for the quantity and quality. Just excellent.

I have to say the logs themselves are grate burn long and hot , I brought the large pallet so should last me through the winter, my only gripe , I was never given any tracking updates , it was only the morning while I was at work that the driver called to say he would be with me in an hour, then a bit of a panic to make sure someone was home to receive them

Turned up just a day after ordering. Good quality. Good prices. Will use again.

Neatly packed. Moderately sized cuts so should equal a good stack in the wood store

Ordered a large birch crate with a £200 saving on full price. Delivery was arranged for a specific date and all was seamless. Logs are dry, smell great and burn well. My only minor complaint is that most logs are thin, with very few larger logs in the crate. Other than that all is good and I’d definitely recommend especially at the sale price

Great logs Great despatch

through no fault of yours the pallet of birch wood arrived in two poorly packed and unsafe. the kindling was at the bottom. the people at the depot had no idea how to pack them and the driver when he arrived needed our help to unload, as he was worried they would fall of the van, my son had to do the job for him. as for the wood being just thrown in did,nt help a total mess from start to finish. as said it was not your fault but had to be said.

The logs were delivered on time, well stacked, and burn cleanly.

Received the large birch crate. Delivery guy was great, gave me a hand to put it through gate into back garden. Only down side is my log store holds 2m cube and it is 3/4 full. I would say there is only 1.5 m cube in crate. If you remove 80mm for crate sides and 100mm for pallet and 250mm short from top it is approx 1.5m cubed. Also there is a lot of small bits.

Packed solid with logs, no rubbish in the middle and properly dry. Bang on. Will definitely buy again. Many thanks

Great service

Competitively priced happy customer

Excellent service and product. Arrived on time and as described.

Great service. Very fast delivery and great logs. Many thanks

I am yet to receive my delivery (due Sept24th) so how can I comment? Please stop sending me review demands, it shows you do not keep track of the company’s trading!!

Other than a little hiccup with their external transport, which the guys at Candowe dealt with very professionally. I will definitely be buying another extra large crate before xmas

The wood is good.. delivery communication is always poor, despite requesting a delivery day and paying the extra couple of pounds was delivered the following day which caused a great deal of annoyance with work etc. The tracking is never updated, just makes the process annoying and for such a large item you kinda know when it is going to be delivered.

Great value for money. Logs small, medium and large. It needed 2 people to move the crate securely from the lorry to kerbside. The female driver was lovely.
