Excellent quality oak logs. I’m very pleased with my purchase. The logs arrived securely stacked on a pallet well wrapped, the quality looks excellent. The bags are a good size and the oak logs are a good mix of sizes, ideal for my wood burner. Considering the quantity and the price I paid, I think this was a fantastic value-for-money purchase. I’m looking forward to getting them burning this winter would definitely recommend Candowe. 🪵🔥
Waited over 3weeks for delivery. Original item apparently damaged in transit new item received 3 different tracking numbers for none of which worked. Then finally today my order status changes to delivery today and all tracking details update.
Delivery driver really good and couldn't fault. Wood is good quality.
Just a pity paid £30 delivery to an AB postcode (literally on the main road between Aberdeen and Inverness) but still had to wait over 3 weeks for delivery.
Poor communication and no pallet truck on the wagon.

I placed an order five days ago. I received a confirmation email and a dispatch confirmation to say that it would arrive on a particular day earlier this week. I have waited in to receive the order, however it has not yet arrived.
I have sent three WhatsApp messages but have not received a response. The order is valued at £580 and I am concerned and extremely disappointed! I have used Candowe before and had no previous issues.
