Kiln Dried Birch Logs - 20L Bags x 64 - 2m3 Loose

Bought a pallet of birch logs form Candowe.
64 plastic wrapped bags.
Handy for storing and moving around and kept dry by the plastic.
Average of 10 logs per bag, various sizes, all of which were good and burnt well with good heat output and a nice bright flame.
Bags approx 7kgs each.
All the wood was dry and delivered on a pallet, the delivery driver placed the pallet where we asked and was friendly and polite.
Whole process from ordering to delivery was very easy and straight forward.
I'd be happy to recommend Candowe for firewood 👍
I will definitely be using them again, especially if their prices stay competitive 😊
We have an open fire and these burned well, so should be great for a stove.

After years of buying logs locally, often rather damp, I was delighted with this large load arriving DRY, and in protective plastic bags. Ok, slightly more expensive, but they burn clean, and certainly keep our lounge warm as toast. A real bargain. Delivered on a pallet, and the obliging driver manage to get it all the way up our steep drive without problems. We are very grateful.

Received my logs logs yesterday - a couple of days late due to the weather last week but they kept me informed and refunded the shipping charge.
Burned a few of them last night and they were excellent. Long lasting, clean (no soot on my door at all) and they look great - all exactly the same length.
No hesitation to recommend.

Brilliant service.

These were a really good price, however some of the bags were split and the pallet wasn’t appropriately wrapped so some were also wet. However only the top layer was wet so the others were all fine. They burn well.

Delivery man very helpful product crated and great price, would definitely buy again.

Very happy with the quality of the birch wood which was promptly delivered. The young man who delivered it was very helpful and was able and willing to place it exactly where I wanted it.
The only down side is that the quantity of wood I needed was only available packed in plastic bags. I would have preferred to have avoided the use of so much plastic.

After 20+ days, we are pleased with the performance of the "very" different sizes of the logs. No bag is the same but it works for us. We are used to oak but we are pleased that birch, while burning quicker,is easier to light and faster to give heat. Yes, we are happy to have tried logs in a bag and will propably order same again. Delivery was good too.

Can’t fault the quality of the pre packed logs but the delivery was just dumped at the bottom of our long drive with no confirmation of delivery. It required several trips in a car to bring them up to the house.

Although individual bags VERY handy, unhappy that plastic used. Sure you clever people can think of an alternative possibility a combustible one!
We were out on day of delivery from five am so a warning the day before if possible
But having said that the placement on the drive was fine . Thank you..

Just wanted to take a moment to say that I paid full price for the logs and the team messaged me to say i had missed a discount they were offering and refunded me the difference. Very happy customer :)

fantastic works out a lot cheaper than homebargains you get it delivered to your door save on fuel and they was the cheapest online and you can store them outside beacuse they are all in sealed bags they burn very nice in the stove cheers ma man...

Firstly logs are good and burn well. The delivery service was not great - got an email saying they would deliver on a specific date. However no delivery came, so day off was wasted. Arrived the next day and delivery chap was very good.

First time ordering any logs from anywhere for delivery - excellent service and very quick delivery. Logs are great to. Don't have a log store yet so very convenient having them in bags! Like others have said though communication about delivery wasn't good. I had an emailk from The Pallet Network - with a link that didn't work but never got a delivery day - lucky for me they delivered at 8am just as I got back from my dog walk - but would like to have had notificiation of when it was coming.
