Kiln Dried Birch Logs (Large Crate) Including Kindling

Well priced, thick and thin logs which suite our Swedish wood burner. Our last 3 m3 alder purchase burnt very well . We think this one will be as good.

First time I've used Candowe, will definitely use again. The logs were delivered by a helpful and friendly driver, I was impressed with the way the logs were loaded and crated. We have an open fireplace and was concerned the logs may have been to big but there is a good variation of sizes. I have not tried them yet but I am sure they will burn great. Thank you.

I’ve tried several wood supplies. My massive Larch crate has surprised me with superb quality logs, no dross or rubbish hidden in the middle like some suppliers. All delivered efficiently and at a price way below any other supplier for the quantity and quality. Just excellent.

I have to say the logs themselves are grate burn long and hot , I brought the large pallet so should last me through the winter, my only gripe , I was never given any tracking updates , it was only the morning while I was at work that the driver called to say he would be with me in an hour, then a bit of a panic to make sure someone was home to receive them

Superb quality logs, burn very well and give out lots of heat and smell great. Huge crate of logs, very good value for money.

The timber was delivered fully stacked and covered. Service make good.

Moisture content average 15%. Some of the pieces quite large and will need splitting. However, more than happy.

Lovely logs and a fabulous amount. Free kindling was really nice to receive. Will certainly be placing an order again once needed. Haulage company really helpful also.

Can’t remember how I came across Candowe. I’m very glad I did. I’d been with my present supplier for about 9 years, who had provided a good (if not sometimes pricey) service. However, looking at the product data of each, Candowe’s pallets are 13% larger and cheaper. Four ‘free’ bags of kindling was not to be sneezed at. Overall a standard pallet of Birch logs from Candowe with the kindling thrown in and accounting for the extra volume of wood equated to a saving of £88. A no brainer, as they say. But are the pallets delivered as a kerb side drop off or will they be put into my garage (like I’ve been used to)?. An email to Candowe was quickly answered the same day with an affirmative – and it was a Sunday! My order confirmation quickly followed with further coms regarding delivery dates. The items were delivered on the due date and the pallet sited in my garage. Puuuuurrrrfect. A seriously amazing 5* service. Well pleased. PS. The birch logs burn with a lovely flame and give off a good amount of heat (and light!). The log sizes are well sized for my 6kW log burner – I used to get too many logs that were very large from my previous supplier, which I had to chop to a smaller size.

The massive crate of logs arrived on the Monday morning - only ordered it on the Friday so wasn't expecting it so quickly! Very well packed and sealed. Free kindling and the logs are great quality and well priced Will use again

Prompt delivery and the logs were excellently stacked in a crate, the driver was very helpful with delivery.

i've been converted to kiln dried wood, it is better and burns hotter for longer, and delivered to you door!

Logs arrived promptly and were varying sizes but perfect for an open fire and they burn really bright and warm with no spittering. Only negative was that they arrived ‘unannounced’ but very quickly. A text or email giving a time/date for delivery would have made it a perfect service.

Very pleased with the large stack of kiln dried birch logs, cheerful delivery driver was very helpful, good quality firewood competitively priced.
