Good quality briquettes that hold their shape well as embers though this is my first purchase from Candow so I don't know how consistent this is. From elsewhere I have experienced the same type (Pini Kay) that were much finer sawdust and much less dense, so fell apart easily.
Packed neatly on the pallet with no damages. Both the inner product and the outer poly wrappers had a lot of dust on them is my only issue - quite dirty to handle. No isssue once in the fire!
These logs last for at least 1 hour each as long as you are not looking for cosy flames. They keep producing heat when they get to be just a grey lump which looks dead but will come back to life if you put amother one on top, just needs a lot of adjustment of the air supply. I have kept warm for around 5 hous with just 3 logs just no warm glow. Wish they came bundled with kindling and fire lighters.
Best value logs from Candowe, no other company comes near their price. We ordered a ton (a full pallet). Timely delivery by friendly, competent drivers. LOVE the briquettes - 2 or 3 at a time in our Walmsler stove are enough to heat radiators, water & oven with very little ash. Will definitely re-order.

Really pleased the Pini Jay briquettes, they burn really hot
Never used this company before but after looking online at various sites they came out cheapest for the Pini-Kay Oak Briquettes .The customer service was excellent when I needed to contact them very quickly replying and delivering was quick as stated on website. The delivery driver was very friendly also, my only criticism is that delivery gave me no notice of arrival and tracking is useless apart from that I will probably use them again as product was good .
Timely delivery through TPN even though we are the other end of the country. All good. Haven’t used the heat logs in this order yet but have used this brand before and consider them to be the best. We mix them with kiln dried wood which works well in our fairly large wood stove
