Easy to deal with and quick to respond to messages, and gave an excellent deal on the 2 tonnes of Oxbow Red.
Unfortunately, same can’t be said about the company who did the delivery. They failed to follow important instructions regarding limited access to property requiring a smaller vehicle, despite repeated phone calls to confirm delivery details. Delivery was then delayed again after saying they couldn’t deliver, even though emails from them confirmed small vehicle needed. They finally came in an HGV and delivered to a neighbour, necessitating then having to load and unload 2 tonnes onto a trailer by hand.

Really pleased with my purchase of smokeless fuel. It was delivered early on my specified delivery date (for which I paid only a reasonable charge). It arrived in good order on a well wrapped pallet. Delivery driver was very helpful and assisted in getting the pallet to the most convenient location possible. Great service and competitive pricing. Thank you
