I have to say the logs themselves are grate burn long and hot , I brought the large pallet so should last me through the winter, my only gripe , I was never given any tracking updates , it was only the morning while I was at work that the driver called to say he would be with me in an hour, then a bit of a panic to make sure someone was home to receive them
We had our first delivery last week and are very happy with it. Only slight irritation is the lack of a text to let us know when to expect delivery.
Logs arrived within a few days. Delivery guy helped move them down to end of my driveway. They arrived dry and well packed. The pallet was too high to fit through garage door, so they sat outside in rain for the whole day. They were well wrapped therefore didn’t get wet. All logs were well cut all similar length. Wood has a lovely aroma. Only drawback is it’s burning really fast, probably because a lot of the logs are split too thin. Almost like kindling. It’s not very cold yet so only firing up stove on an evening. But reckon it won’t last very long as using twice as much wood.
Simple order process. Great value. Only gripe is that I didn't get a delivery time confirmation. Definitely a large load of logs - more than I have received from my local suppliers for apparently the same amount of logs! I can't attest to how well they burn as I haven't had the chance to try them yet!
